As the founder of Dick’s Wings and Grill, Mike Rosenberger is a successful restauranteur with over 30 years of experience. His dedication to delivering high quality chicken wings, memorable service, and genuine hospitality in a family atmosphere made Dick’s a premiere 30-unit franchisee chain. Mike is excited to bring a second concept to market, founded with the same core principles. Mike and his team are committed to growing Mack’s with a group of passionate, family-oriented franchisees.
Our concept is focused and simple to execute. The Mack’s menu features one item – freshly cooked chicken tenders. This allows us to deliver the highest quality product to our customers both quickly and conveniently.
Tenders are paired with signature sides and a choice of 30 sauces and flavors. Customers also have the option to enjoy our tenders breaded and fried or lightly seasoned and grilled.
All of our tenders are prepared using fresh, never frozen, chicken fillets (tenderloins).
Mack’s satisfies the fast-paced lifestyle. From millennials to the modern mom, our tenders are easy to eat on a lunch break, in the car, and on the go.

David A Pearl
Following a successful career as the CFO of Sonny’s BBQ, E-Brands Restaurants, and Sticky Fingers Restaurants, David started Pearl Business Group. He has over 25 years of experience working as a CPA in the restaurant industry, and has developed several restaurant franchises while also operating multiple units.

Bill formed Alpha Growth Strategies (AGS) after a successful 20-year career with NASDAQ listed Arthur Treacher’s, Inc. He was the CFO for the first 17 years before becoming president of Treacher’s. AGS has developed and consulted for several restaurant franchises, including Tijuana Flats and Wingstop. Today, the two national franchises operate over 80 and 500 stores respectively. Other AGS clients include: Chevy’s, Cuco’s, R.J. Gators, and, Miami Subs.
